The Studio
My young studio is constantly evolving, adapting to new ways of working and the needs of artists. Combining the use of analog hardware and plug-ins, it aims to combine the classic sounds of recording industry with new, more modern sounds.
Mixing
An essential step in the finalization of a song, mixing is a modern art. Originally reserved for professionals because it requires a lot of space and very expensive equipment, it has been democratized since the 2000s with the advent of personal computers and digital technology. Its primary goal is to create a coherent whole from several audio sources, but it is also and often used to bring an artistic dimension specific to the sound engineer practicing it.
Mastering
Mastering has this reputation as a very complicated shady art to practice. This is the last post-production step of an Album / EP / song before distribution. It is often confused with mixing because it is similar in terms of the tools used but its objective is different. The goal is to optimize the quality of a stereo mix regardless of its playback medium, basically to make your music sound as good on your portable speakers as on a festival sound system
